It is well known that the pressure relief orifice plate installed on the industrial pipeline can balance the pressure of the pipeline series. This technology has been used for many years. But in the application of this technology, the most time-consuming and laborious is the calculation of pressure-reducing aperture. For this reason, many scholars have studied and deduced many calculation methods. There are more than ten kinds of formulas collected, which one is more reasonable, there are different opinions.
Therefore, there is no standard calculation formula in water supply and drainage engineering design, which is difficult to work. In order to solve this problem, we developed a device which can adjust the size of the hole freely, named "adjustable pressure reducing orifice plate" so as to solve the difficult problem of complicated and inconsistent calculation of orifice plate.
Adjustment of adjustable orifice plate aperture size is carried out in coordination with the end water test device, which makes the flow and pressure of various water supply systems more in line with the requirements of specifications, improves the quality of engineering construction and reduces the intensity of design labor.
